| when choosing a genus you´ll find now a dynamic map which shows you the general distribution of the genus worldwide, separated by different colours corresponding to the number of occuring species. Additionally a map showing the number of species for every country is shown in the startpage of "distribution".

| 04.-10.06.2009 we stayed at the Lago di Idro in northern Italy.
We found 19 different species at 6 different localities. Best collection site was near Trento: We collected 11 different species at an area of about 20 m² during 1 hour!
